Chicken-Broccoli Casserole

This is not my photo, and I am not sure where I found this picture, but it looks delicious!
This is one of those "go to" recipes. It is nice and easy to make so I like it for busy weekdays. My mom always made this and it was and still is a favorite among my brother and I. Now that I that I make it in my own home, my husband loves it too!

Chicken Broccoli Casserole

2 chicken breasts
2 lbs broccoli (you can use frozen)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
grated cheese

Preheat oven to 325. Boil chicken (I usually cook it in the crock-pot so it can be cooking while am at work, and I also think it tastes much butter) Cook broccoli and layer in a baking dish. Mix chicken, soup, mayonnaise, curry powder (I never actually measure this and we love curry so I end up using more.), and lemon juice and a bowl then pour over broccoli. Cover with grated cheese. bake for 30 min covered, then remove foil and bake for another 10 min.
